About us:

We are a small company based in Williston, Vermont and we’re GROWING! We are interested in promoting and selling our products via a drop ship method because of my past experience as an inventory and shipping manager at Pfizer and several other companies. We also have a great staff interested in providing your customers with a high quality product.

We manufacture Butcher Blocks, Cutting Boards, Sushi Boards, Wine Racks, and highly figured Cheese Boards. Our home page is www.vermontbutcherblock.com. You can view all of our products here and you also have permission to use those pictures to copy on your site.

Shipping our product:

We ship all of our orders in clean and new brown cardboard boxes using brown paper tape. Our butcher blocks are pre-treated in mineral oil thus we wrap them in brown craft paper and tie with raffia to protect them from drastic moisture changes. We gift wrap in vanilla colored tissue paper and also tie a bow of raffia. Our products have a great box opening presentation. We don’t use Styrofoam.We use bubble wrap, cardboard corners, curled wood shavings and craft paper. We can also enclose a handwritten gift card at no extra charge.

Order lead times:

We carry an inventory of our products, but have a large selection of wood products. Should something need to be manufactured, the lead time for that product is several days. The longest our lead time could be is 1 week if the item's materials are not in stock. We will notify you immediately if there is a problem filling an order, but we’ve never had a problem yet. Larger orders will have a longer lead time, but rest assured, we have a ready staff to produce whatever you can sell and we also have a sense of urgency about us. After all, we not only have to impress the customer, but we have to impress you.

Product returns:

Should one of your customers not be satisfied with our product, we will stand behind it. We will refund you 100% of the amount paid for the item minus 5% restocking and the shipping amount via check. Unfortunately, laser engraved or personalized merchandise is not returnable. If you have a situation where a customer is not happy and you can’t resolve it, please contact me and I’ll see how we can resolve the situation to make sure your customer is satisfied.
