Shipping & Returns
Our customary method of shipment is through UPS Ground.
Our website does, however, make overnight or expedited shipping an option. Please keep in mind that due to personalization we can't always ship the same day we receive the order. We also have a large inventory of products we can pull from. If we need to make a product to complete your order it could take a few days for a cutting board to ship or approximately two weeks for our butcher blocks to ship. Once your piece is ready, we will ship it via the method of shipping that you have chosen.
We guarantee you 100% satisfaction with our products. If you’re not satisfied with our product within the first 30 days after you have taken delivery, simply put your non-personalized products back in the box and ship it back to us at The Vermont Butcher Block and Board Company, LLC, 2260 South Road, Williston, Vermont, 05495. After we receive it, we will refund the purchase price back via the same method of payment. (Pending no damage or use of the products.)
Personalized merchandise is unfortunately non-returnable. If you have a problem with personalized merchandise, please contact us via e-mail and we’ll see if there is something we can do to make the situation better. We hate to have unsatisfied customers.
Should your product become damaged due to a defect in the manufacturing process, simply ship the product back to us and we’ll make the situation right. If your product cannot be fixed, we’ll replace it at no charge.
Should your product be accidentally damaged or broken after you have purchased it, received it, and used it, you can ship it back to us and we’ll try our best to fix it and return it to you at no charge, you only pay the shipping back to us. If it’s not fixable, we’ll give you the option of a partial credit towards the purchase of a new item because we want your repeat business!
