Well, I guess I’ve committed a Blog Foul.  I started my blog with the best of intentions several years ago.  Towards the end of last year it became impossible between my business, my family, and everything else we had going on to continue with the blog on a regular basis.  For that I apologize.

One of my many 2010 resolutions is going to be to keep my blog updated. Let’s see how I do.  We had a great end of year last year.  Our holiday sales were great as was our 1st show of the year at the NYIGF gift show in NYC.

We’ve picked up a lot of new customers, including the Plaza Hotel in NYC, we were just mentioned at , a Conde Nast web site, and our boards are going to be published in a cookbook this April.  We’ll have screen shots and books for sale as soon as the book is released.

We’ve had less than average snow here in Vermont, and Sugaring and spring are just around the corner.  I’ve been sick with my annual February cold, but we’re off to Florida (Key West) in the next week.  I’ve never been there, so if anyone has any suggestions, please send them along.  Be well, stay warm!
