We do not warrant our products against:
- improper installation (when we are not hired to install it)
- improper use
- poor maintenance
If you believe that your product is damaged or defective you must contact us by phone or via email within three days of receipt. Depending on our findings, we will have it returned to our shop for repair or replacement (at our discretion).
If your product packaging appears to have been damaged during shipment, we highly recommend that you to take pictures of the product and its packaging prior to opening.
