Jalapeno Mustard


We dice 40 pounds of Jalapenos and throw the entire pepper in the kettle - seeds and all. The kettle heats up quickly and the smell of fresh jalapenos wafts through the kitchen. You should be dreaming, because I am. This mustard is my personal favorite. It's so good, I form pretzels spoons and scoop out of the jar by hand.
