Shipping your butcherblock items
We are a small but busy company, and we hand finish every item we sell. Because of this, not all items are readily available for immediate shipping. All orders are typically shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Local delivery is available for a $75 fee, is only available for Countertops over $350, and is only available to the following counties in Vermont:
Addison, Caledonia, Chittenden, Essex, Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille, Orange, Orleans, Washington.
This option should be available during checkout if your address is within our delivery area.
Deliveries will be between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We will contact you at the phone number you provide at checkout to arrange delivery times.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1891 Williston Road, Suite 23, South Burlington, VT, 05403. We are located within The TreeHouse Hardwoods & Millshop store.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday and between 9 am and 2 pm on Saturdays. Please have your order pickup confirmation email with you when you come.
Shipping is not available outside of the Continental US and Canada.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient's telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, the addresses of the Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) are not accepted.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly accept your return up to 7 days after delivery IF the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
